KaamCam is a field service app built around the jobsite photo. Capture is two taps from the home screen, every shot is GPS-tagged and auto-sorted into before, during and after, and the app compresses each one by about 80 percent so storage does not become its own bill. It works with no signal and syncs when you are back in range, which is the part that matters in a crawlspace or on a roof.
Around the photos sits the rest of the job: job tracking from quote to close, task assignment, crew scheduling and dispatch with route optimization and live GPS, estimates and invoices that convert to jobs in one tap, time tracking clocked by GPS, job costing, equipment and warranty tracking, quality audits, custom forms and 15+ trade checklists. A client portal shares progress photos and status with the homeowner on a link with no login. Pricing is one flat $19.99 per seat a month with every feature included and 20 GB of storage per seat, a 7-day free trial with no card, free data migration, and no contract. It connects to QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar and Avalara, and runs on iOS, Android and the web. KaamCam is operated by Four Cents.
Small and midsize crews in roofing, remodeling, painting, siding, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and landscaping who document jobs in photos and want scheduling, estimates and invoicing in the same app without paying per module or per tier.
