EnerBank runs branded home improvement loan programs that contractors offer homeowners right at the kitchen table, including same-as-cash and low-APR options. It's spent more than 20 years lending only through the contractor channel, and it's been owned by Regions Bank since 2021.

You'll see it under two names, EnerBank and Regions Home Improvement Financing, since the rebrand is still settling in. Either way it's the same bank-owned program, and the company still shows up at trade shows recruiting contractors.
